Supervisor’s Office HVAC Upgrade – Glenwood Springs, Colorado

This project was to replace and upgrade the mechanical systems and incorporate energy efficient processes at the 100 year old historical building of the Supervisor’s Office for the Forest Service, White River District in downtown Glenwood Springs, Colorado. It involved replacing the entire HVAC system with a new hydronic system, RTUs and associated ductwork upgrades, a complete new 90 mil EPDM roof with flashing and a 5760 watt photovoltaic system. Other exterior work included tuck-pointing, acid wash and mortar/brick repair of the historic brick building. Other interior work required asbestos abatement, wall and ceiling repair with completely new paint and a new upgraded fire alarm system.
